All TC72 devices suddenly offline at one night

Bought 3 TC72 devices 6 months ago, last night was still working as per usual. But this morning all 3 were showing "offline" in the app. Also the LED off, no blinking. Tried reset and reconnect, was normal steps until WiFi connected notification sound from device, and then app shows paring device and hang on this step. The LED not blinking now ag

Hi,
You can refer to the following steps for troubleshooting.

1. Please reboot your router, and make sure the router is working fine.

2. Press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it. When the camera has a flashing red and green light, try to reconfigure it.

3. If the same phenomenon appears, please enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can set it up successfully.
