@TP_LINK

I'm experiencing this issue with my C220 Camera's V1 (FW 1.3.2) and V2 (FW 1.0.3) devices. They occasionally detect birds as people. I've also read that the C560WS model, which I am about to set up, has a similar issue.

Could you please let me know if there's a beta firmware available that addresses this? I'm happy to send or upload videos if that would be helpful for you.

Thanks,

Dave

I'm encountering another issue with two of my V2 devices (FW 1.0.3). They are not consistently switching correctly during dusk to dawn lighting conditions. This results in some images appearing purple and others being very white. I've tried using "compatible mode," but it hasn't made a difference.

The only way to fix this is to reboot the camera!

Would it be helpful if I provided you with their MAC addresses?

Thanks,

Dave

Hi,
Thank you for the information provided via private message. I'll wait for the video about the false detection behavior.

For the new abnormal image color phenomenon, refer to the following instructions for troubleshooting. Please also send me the abnormal images for analysis.
What to do if the Tapo Camera image color is abnormal?

You can upload the images to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.

Best Regards
