Hello, 15 days ago the face recognition stopped working on all my cameras (1x Tapo C320WS, 3x Tapo C52A and 2x Tapo D235). Does anybody know how to fix it?

All devices have the latest firmware (automatic update) and the H500 has enough space left on the SSD.

my only way to fix this was to send it back for replacement.
i tried to install their beta firmware but it bricked the device.

I know this is old now but I got mine a few weeks ago and between a D130 doorbell, 2 different C425 cameras and a C720 the facial recognition has never worked. Did your new one start working after they sent it?
