Defective Tapo C520WS Camera (Connection Issues
I purchased a Tapo C520WS Outdoor Pan/Tilt Security Wi-Fi Camera. Since the time of purchase, the camera has been defective.
The issue is:
The camera is unable to stay connected online for even one full day.
It frequently disconnects, making it unreliable for security purposes.
I have tested both Wi-Fi and LAN connections, but the problem persists.
This defeats the purpose of having a security camera, as it does not provide continuous monitoring.
I kindly request your support to provide a replacement or permanent solution at the earliest, as this is causing a serious inconvenience.
