Hi my c510w camera not working. It's the pan and tilt saying it has reached its limit when 100% it has not I've tried reset , up plug , pan and tilt reset and it just dont work. When I've managed to get it working with in a few hours it stops move to to we're I have set it to scan and if I move manually it says reached max please help

You can refer to Q7 in the following instructions for troubleshooting. If the same behavior persists, you can contact your retailer or our local team to check if the camera is under warranty.
