Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.13

When I first got the camera going, everything seemed great. That was about one month ago.

In the last few weeks, I noticed that when I try to pan up, I get an error message saying the maximum height is reached. If I pan all the way to the left or right, and down, I can usually eventually get it to go back to where it used to be automatically (the original desired height).

This is really annoying to have to do every time. I don't understand why it worked fine before but now is a problem.

I seem to recall setting a default view as well. Like if the detection was triggered, the camera would pan and follow the movement, but then reset to the original viewpoint eventually. Now, it seems it no longer resets - it simply sits at an undesirable viewpoint indefinitely. What is going on?

I have rebooted the camera and nothing changed.
