Camera Offline

Camera Continuously showing offline, even after restart of camera and also no light is blinking or showing in camera.

Hi,
If the camera appears offline in the Tapo app and no light is lit up on it, you can try the following steps.
1. Please ensure the camera is connected to the original power adapter and cord that comes with it in the package.
2. Try pressing and holding the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it. If the LED still does not light up, please try connecting the camera to a different power outlet and using a different power adapter to power the camera.
3. If the camera still can't be powered on, you can contact your retailer or our local team to check if the camera is under warranty.
