You can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if you fail to configure your camera.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
If you still fail to configure the camera, please confirm the following information.
1. Have you tried to factory reset the camera by pressing the reset button for 10 seconds, then reconfigure the camera when it has a flashing red and green light?
2. Please send us the error message that appears in the Tapo app when you configure the camera. Then, list the detailed troubleshooting you did in case we provide the same suggestions again.
3. What's the model number of your router? Do you have internet when connecting to the router's Wi-Fi?
