Exposure level of C320WS is too high

1. Please send me (@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.
2. Send us a video displaying the exposure phenomenon. You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me via a private message.

Hi,
Thank you for the video provided via a private message. In the recorded video, the camera appears to be working properly. If you don't like the image style displayed by the camera, please use your phone or a professional camera to take a photo of the security camera's monitoring area that shows the image style you prefer, and send it to us via a private message for analysis.

@Solla-topee Thank you for the response. Unfortunately I am now not able to provide a target image, since the camera monitoring site is far away. My previous monitoring camera had the possibility to adjust the picture brightness. I would suggest you add brightness/contrast feature to the camera firmware and related app.
