Tapo C260 not detecting movement

I have Motion Detection (sensitivity 10), Person Detection (sensitivity 10) and Line crossing enabled but the camera only detects 1 of 10 or even less movements/persons. I've tried to reboot the camera, change sensitivity but nothing helps.

What to do if the Detection feature is not working on the TP-Link Camera?
If the same detection behavior persists, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. On the camera's Device Settings > Detection page, please send us the screenshots of the detection page, detection zone settings, and the pages of the enabled detection types.
2. On the camera's Live View page, please record the events manually that can't be detected by the camera, and then download the video to your phone and send it to us for analysis.
3. Send me (@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.
You can upload the video and screenshots to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me via a private message.
