TC71 Offline on Tapo App but Connected to WiFi
Almost on a daily basis TC71 camera goes offline on the Tapo app.
However, when I checked my router page, it shows that the camera is still connected and there is a IP address assigned.
On the Tapo app, I have set Wi-Fi Backup turned on.
I rebooted the router and H200 but the problem still persist.
I can only get the camera connection back after I power cycle the camera.

Hi,
You can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot the reported offline phenomenon.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
If the offline phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. What's the LED status on the TC71 when it displays the offline status in the Tapo app? When the TC71 is working, please go to its Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value.
2. How often does the offline phenomenon occur?
3. When the camera appears offline in the Tapo app, do you have internet when connecting to your router's Wi-Fi? After your phone is connected to your router's Wi-Fi, please force close the Tapo app, reopen it, and then check if the camera will be back online.
Best Regards

Hi,
On the camera's Device Settings > Reboot Camera page, please enable the Auto Reboot feature and check if it helps.
If the offline behavior occurs again, you can press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset. Then, reconfigure the camera and check if it works properly.
