strange behavior of the C410 tapo led

Model: Tapo C410
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.24 build 250314 Rel. 64184n

I purchased a kit of four Tapo C410 cameras a while ago. They've always worked great. One of them ran out of battery a couple of days ago. I put it on charge with its charger, and once it was fully charged, I turned the camera back on and saw that the app wasn't detecting it. So I turned it off and on again, but nothing. I've repeated this procedure several times. So I tried resetting it several times, but it still doesn't work. The LED is malfunctioning, which means it turns red for a few seconds, turns off, turns red again for a few seconds, turns off again, and turns green for a few seconds, then turns off and repeats the infinite loop. The other cameras work great and are all connected to the same router, but this one isn't working. Can you help me figure out what the problem is? Thanks.

Hi,
In your situation, please try the following steps and check if they help.

  1. Remove the SD card from the camera if there is one.
  2. Ensure the camera is powered on, press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset.
  3. Check if the LED will flash red and green. If so, try to reconfigure the camera.
  4. If the LED status is the same as you described in the first post, you may contact your retailer or our local team to check if the camera is under warranty.

Best Regards
