can you tell me why pn & tilt correction has to be done every time i open the app to get full range of camera

Is the phenomenon you encountered that you need to tap Pan & Tilt Correction after opening the Tapo app, then you can pan or tilt the camera on the camera's Live View > Pan & Tilt page?
If so, do any error messages appear if you do not tap Pan & Tilt Correction but try to pan or tilt the camera after opening the Tapo app?
If not, please describe more details about the phenomenon you encountered. Usually, when you open the Tapo app and go to the camera's Live View > Pan & Tilt page, you can pan or tilt the camera to see all monitor areas, and there is no need to tap Pan & Tilt Correction.
