Bonjour l'application tapo ne détecte pas l'appareil tapo ..il me marque que la connexion internet est impossible.. comment faire ?

Ça fait 7mois que j'ai l'appareil je n'ai jamais eu de problème.

Please confirm the following information about the reported phenomenon.


  1. Have your phone and the camera connected to the same Wi-Fi network? Has the Tapo camera disappeared from the Tapo app, or is it displayed in offline status?

  2. What's the model number of your router? Do you have an internet connection when connecting to your router's Wi-Fi?
  3. If your phone is connected to another Wi-Fi network and then the reported phenomenon occurs, please ensure your phone has internet, and try disabling the VPN, antivirus, or firewall programs on your phone if there are any.
  4. What's the LED status on your camera? Please send me (@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.
