Good day

 

I have 2 x C100 & 1 x C110 indoor cameras. The one C100 was acting up and I deleted and reset it. Now it does not want to reconnect.

I've reset it multiple times.i even created a new account, deleted the app, tried on multiple devices. I work for a supplier and purchased it from work so going back to the store won't help. I don't want to delete one of my other cameras as I fear I might get the same fault when reconnecting.

You can refer to the following information to troubleshoot if you fail to set up the Tapo C100.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
 

If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
  1. What's the MAC address of your Tapo C100? You can send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message. 
  2. What's the LED status on the camera before configuring it?
  3. What error message did you encounter when configuring the camera? Please let me know if you have done any new troubleshooting.
