Model: Tapo C200
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I cannot connect to the wifi after pairing my cp to camera.

It used to work before but after being disconnected, i cannot return connection.

I tried using 3rd party cellphone and used its hotspot, the camera paired with the cellphone and then connected to the hotspot.

I believe that there is no problem with the camera since it is connecting to a hotspot but i am wondering what setting is needed to be changed.

I tried disabling 5.0GHz and 6.0GHz gateway as suggested to solely use 2.4GHz but still not luck.

Can you help / suggest what needs to be done?

Thank you in advance!
