Firmware Update on C320WS cameras
I have multiple C320WS, all HW version 1. Some have updated the Firmware to 1.4.2, some stay on 1.4.1. As the H500 requests 1.4.2 it would be nice to know what the problem is. Is it possible to force an Firmware update?

Our camera's firmware updates are released progressively, meaning that if you have multiple cameras of the same model & hardware version, some cameras may receive the update while others may not yet.
The latest firmware (v1.4.2) of the Tapo C320WS V1 is still being released. It's recommended to wait patiently for the new firmware to be released to your other cameras.

I'm having the same issue. Maybe someone can help. I not want to replace my C320WS v1 as they are still working fine
