J ai changé de maison. Impossible de reconnecter la camera c100 1080p. N apparait pas en Bluetooth sur mon téléphone.

Hi,
If the Tapo C100 does not appear in the Tapo app, you can refer to the following instructions to set it up.


  1. In your new house, please ensure your router is working first.


  2. Please press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it, wait for two minutes, and the system LED on it will turn flashing red and green.


  3. Then, you can refer to the following instructions to set it up in the Tapo app: How to set up the Tapo camera 


  4. If you fail to set up your camera, please refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot: What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
