Sir, Can the auto tracking mode be scheduled? I want the auto tracking mode to work from 11 PM to 5:00 AM, After which the auto tracking mode will automatically get disabled.

Apart from this, I wanted to ask one thing sir, when I do health checkup it is showing P2P streaming failed, especially this error comes when I am watching live feed from outside on some other network.And can it be corrected?

Hi,
1. You can go to the Tapo app > Smart tab, try to add an Automation entry to see if turn on/off auto tracking mode is in the action list. If so, you can schedule the auto tracking mode via the Automation feature.

2. The picture indicates you are streaming the camera's live feed outside via Relay connection, so the P2P connection has failed. This is normal, and you can only stream the camera via Relay or P2P outside.
