@Solla-topee yes that's right. I noticed something else, not sure if its related or not. If I store the clips on my H200, the event clips do not show the full event. They start too late when half of the event has already happened. While they should actually start a few seconds before the actual trigger.

Hi,
On your camera's Device Settings > Network Connection page, please check if your camera is connected to your router's Wi-Fi or the hub.
Then, follow the instructions in the thread below to troubleshoot and check if the camera works fine.
Why Video Lag, Frame Drops, or Delayed Recordings Occur When Switching Camera Storage to Tapo Hub
Best Regards

@Solla-topee Sorry for the late reply. All my cameras are connected to the router's wifi with hub as backup. I tried the steps, however there's always either a freeze or the clip starts too late when I save the data to the hub. The hub is connected directly to the router via ethernet cable.

Hi,
In the camera's Device Settings > Network Connection, does it show the router's Wi-Fi or the hub?

Please send us a video showing the reported phenomenon for further analysis.

You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.

Best Regards
