Why is it not possible to zoom in on cloud videos?
It works perfectly on clips stored on the microSD-cards (I have both cloud and microSD storage for all my cameras).
This has been an issue for years!

I do not have specific information on why it's unable to zoom in on cloud video clips. As a feature request, it's recommended to vote and comment on the thread "Cannot zoom on Tapo cloud videos on the app", and I'll continue to log the feature request and forward it to the product team for evaluation.
