Hi,

 

My issue is that I can't have continuous live feed for more than 5 minutes. I've used this camera for a number of years and never had this problem. I use an iPad (iOS 15.8) to view and I've done some research and the local network settings needs to be on (have permission), so they are and the camera and iPad are on the same WiFi network (my iPad is WiFi only). I have a sky router and I have logged into the settings to see if I can change the AP settings, but Sky have removed the ability to change these settings. 

 

What can I do for this message to stop coming up? Every 5 minutes I'm having to press continue.

You can follow the steps below to troubleshoot the reported phenomenon.

 

  1. Please refer to the instructions in the article below to download the "Network Analyzer" app on your iPad, then check if your iPad can ping the camera's IP address.
      How to check and improve the network connection stability of Tapo smart devices 

 

  2. If yes, try to disconnect the internet cable to the sky router, ensure the camera and iPad are connected to the same Wi-Fi, then check if you can stream the camera locally. If so, reconnect the internet cable to the sky router and test whether the iPad can stream the camera continuously.
