Can't remove detection zone (C246D)
Hy.
I can't remove detection zone from the detection menu. I use the ,,set if each,, detection type and if I want to remove one of the detection zone (or all zone) like, motion, person select it and click remove and also click the save the removed detection zone stand back.
Please suggest me how can I remove detection zone.

Usually, if you have removed all detection zones for a detection type, the camera will set the entire camera screen as the detection zone for that detection type by default, unless you set a new detection zone for that detection type.
For example, if you do not want the C246D to detect motion, please go to the camera's Detection page to turn off motion detection for the specific lens, rather than deleting the detection zone.

Hy!
When I remove only one type of detection zone for example, "motion", the "motion" zone remain after click on save button. I think this is a bug. The detection is turned off on the detection page. It is occur when I want to remove person, pet or car detection zone. Please see on video:

The phenomenon shown in the video is normal. As I explained before, if you have removed all detection zones for a detection type, for example, as shown in the video, delete the motion detection zone and then click on the Save button, then the camera will set the entire camera screen as the motion detection zone by default, unless you set a new detection zone for the motion detection.
