C260 Camera won't detect or notify
Hi just bought C260 Camera and turn on all notification but won't

UPDATE
I just try use another TAPO Account add my C260 I receive notification push as normal and then i remove C260 back to my old account try add C260 again but can't receive notification push so i think my old Account have issue any suupport can't help me ?

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the reported phenomenon.
1. When the camera is bound to your old account and the notification settings on your phone and camera are the same as the pictures you sent, on the Tapo app > Me > Notification > Management page, please ensure the option for your camera is enabled, and please go to Do Not Disturb to turn it off.
2. Please check if there are notifications on the Tapo app > Home tab > Bell icon page for your camera.
3. Please enable the Alarm feature in the Tapo app for your camera and check if the camera alarms when it detects events.

@Solla-topee Hi, I try with my second Account on the same phone (log out my main Account) with remove device on my main account and add to my 2nd Account C260 can sent me notify and i didnt change anything on my phone setting after that i try remove and add to my main account C260 can't sent me notify. so my main Account have issue . . . . not my phone and C260 so idk how to fixed this

2. Please enable the Alarm feature in the Tapo app for your camera and check if the camera alarms when it detects events.

3. If the camera alarms when it detects events, it means the camera's detection feature is working when it's bound to the main account. Then, please send us the date, time, and time zone when the last event occurred.
4. Please double-check the information in this post when the camera is bound to the main account.
