Model: Tapo C310
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.5.1 build 251011

Dear Tapo Support,

My Tapo C310 (firmware 1.5.1 build 251011) works fully via Ethernet. However, it cannot connect to my wifi network, even when:

  • a dedicated 2.4 GHz SSID is created

  • all settings are left at default

  • client isolation, band steering, and smart connect are disabled

  • different router/AP

I have tried multiple hard resets, tested on several phones, checked near the router, and created a completely separate 2.4 GHz network, nothing works.

Other Tapo cameras I own connect perfectly on the same network even another C310

It appears to be a station‑mode Wi‑Fi compatibility issue or hardware defect with this unit.

I previouly had oher issues with this camera.

Please advise on a solution or replacement.
