Tapo C70 Camera Not Accessible Remotely
I’m using a TP-Link Deco W7200 and a Tapo C70 camera. The camera works only when my phone is on the same Wi-Fi network, but it always shows offline when I try to view it from mobile data or another Wi-Fi. I’ve already rebooted the devices and updated the firmware, but the issue continues

Hi,
You can follow the instructions below to troubleshoot if you can't control the camera remotely.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information.
1. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page to check its firmware and hardware version info.
2. What's the LED status on the camera? Do you have internet when connecting to the Deco's Wi-Fi?
3. Please enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can control it remotely.
Best Regards
