C320WS not pairing. We've changed Internet suppliers so reset the camera.It's connecting to the wifi but i keep getting an unable to pair message.

Hi,  
You can follow the instructions below to troubleshoot if you can't successfully configure the camera.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
 

If the tips in the above thread do not help, please enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can set it up successfully.
