I have three C325WB and two C530WS

All C325WB are Hardware version 1.0

Two C325WB cameras have firmware 1.3.8

 

One C325WB camera has firmware 1.1.5. It works fine streaming RTSP, but will not connect to HUB H200

 

I have tried dozens of times to click "Check for Update" but every time it says "Network is unstable. Please try again later. I am 2 meters from my wifi router.

HELP! What can I do?

I tried to do the same on my old Android phone, but here it claims "Firmware is up to date"

Hi,
1. If the Tapo C325WB's firmware version is 1.1.5, it's hardware version should be V2 rather than V1. You can go to the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page to confirm.
Since the new firmware version 1.2.2 for the Tapo C325WB V2 is being released gradually, it's normal to see that your Tapo C325WB V2 is still on version 1.1.5. When the new firmware is released to your camera, you can update it via the Tapo app in the near future.

 

2. Tapo C325WB V2 with firmware version 1.1.5 support connect to the hub H200 or store video recordings on it. However, the H200 does not support more than 4 cameras for Wi-Fi backup and video storage. 
You can disconnect one camera from the hub and check if the Tapo C325WB V2 can connect. If not, please refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What should I do if Tapo Camera cannot be added to Tapo Hub?

Here it says that Tapo_C325WB_BC8C  has unsupported firmware for H200

Hi, 
1. Thank you for confirming the version info. It's recommended that the picture containing the MAC address be removed from this thread for security concerns.
 

2. The Tapo_C325WB_BC8C can't detect and update to the new firmware, maybe because it disconnects from our cloud server. Please turn off Wi-Fi on your phone and use mobile data, then test whether you can control the camera remotely in the Tapo app. If not, please refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
If you can control the camera remotely, try to update the camera's firmware in the Tapo app.

 

3. You can enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can control it remotely.
