Okay. Strange problem with all my 16 cameras. All sw is up to date. 

All video works to my android phone at home via 4G and my local WiFi network.

When away from home all is fine via 4g but recently after the latest phone software upgrade the video feed via a wifi access point where we are staying does not work. Tried now at 4 different locations and the failure is on both mine and my wife's Android phone. (S21 and S23 ultras)

Hi,
Just double-confirm: the phenomenon you encounter is that you can control the camera in your home via 4G and local Wi-Fi network, can control it when away from home via 4G, but fail via Wi-Fi?

 

Do you have an internet connection on your phone when connecting to the Wi-Fi network away from home? 

 

On your phone, please check whether the Tapo app is allowed to access the internet via mobile data and WLAN.

 

Please reboot your Tapo camera and your phone, ensure the Tapo app is up to date, and check if that helps.
