Event Retrieval Tapo h500 Homebase

I just received my tapo h500, but where is the event retrieval function? To see all events of all cameras like stated in the product page?

The Event Retrieval feature is currently unavailable on the Tapo H500, and it may be added in the future via firmware updates.
Regarding the feature introduction on our official website, thank you for your feedback in this thread. I have forwarded the situation to the relevant team to correct the information on our official website.
Usually, you can go to the Tapo app > camera's Live View > Playback & Download > Playback page to view the detection video clips. However, if you want to use the Event Retrieval feature soon, it's recommended to contact your retailer to see whether you can return the hub and purchase another device that meets your requirements.

We do not have the information on when the Event Retrieval feature will be available on the H500. However, if a new feature is added in a new firmware, it will usually be noted in the firmware release notes. We recommend paying attention to the Tapo H500's official firmware release notes on our website.
