Firmware Version: 1.3.4

I've had the Tapo C520WS for over a year, when suddenly the pan function became inoperable. Whenever I try to pan it, it just doesn't let me. Weird enough, I can still tilt it. I tried everything. Resetting, pan and tilt correction, checking if something is physically obstructing its movement, but nothing is helping.

Please confirm the following information for the reported phenomenon.

  1. Can you pan the camera with your hand manually?
  2. After you reboot the camera or tap Pan & Tilt Correction, does the camera pan itself?

1. Yes, I can pan the camera manually with my hands.

2. The camera does the tilt calibration, but it doesn't pan. Same after rebooting. Tilt - yes, pan - no.
