Model: Tapo C325WB
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

I have 3 Tapo C325WB cameras, 2 of them are are V1.0 and ever since the recent firmware update from 1.3.8 to 1.4.2, I no longer have a constant connection to the cameras. I will be able to connect and see an image very rarely but even if an image does come through, it freezes within 1-2 seconds. I've tried resetting the cameras twice, I've also reset my router twice. All my other devices are working with my router and my 3rd camera is also working with my router so I don't believe that is the issue. It seems to be isolated to the 2 cameras and the recent firmware update. Would someone be able to assist in troubleshooting or possibly replace them?

Hi,
If the Tapo C325WB V1 displays online state in the Tapo app, but it's hard to load the camera's live feed, please refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What should I do if I can't view the Tapo camera?

If you experience other phenomena, please describe them in detail so we can better help you.

Best Regards
