I'm having problems with the camera when it turns to the left. It will lose connection and lock up requiring a power reboot. 

I've had to disable tracking because when tracking is on it will show as offline after a while.

Is it worn out or could it be a power supply issue?

red light flashes when manually panned left.

 

It doesn't suffer from it when rebooted and will run through position calibration and move to the last set position.

Please check whether the camera is powered by the original power supply and cord that comes with the package. If the camera uses another power supply or an extension cable, the reported phenomenon may occur.

 

If the camera is connected to the original power supply and cord, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
  1. What's the camera's model number, hardware, and firmware version?
  2. When did you buy the camera, and when did the reported phenomenon start to happen?
  3. When the camera is working, please go to its Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value.
