Hi,

After the last update, the camera started to become unstable; many times I can't access it, and sometimes it even appears offline.

Hi, I think I've figured out the problem; it was an IP conflict. I have a camera with a static IP address, and another device appeared on the network using the same IP address. Best regards.

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if the camera keeps going offline.
What should I do if the Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going offline?
 

Please provide the following information if the same phenomenon persists.
  1. What's the model number of your router? Do you have a stable connection on your phone when it connects to your router's Wi-Fi?
  2. When the camera goes offline, what's the LED status on it, such as solid red, flashing red, etc.?
  3. When the camera is working, please go to its Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value.
