Bonjour, j’ai acheté 3 caméras un TC82 qui pose problème ( hors ligne ) et une C212 qui ne pose aucun problème et une c410 qui pose un problème.
quel firmware devrais t'on utliser ?
pour la C212 version 2.0 il y a la version firware 1.5.2 Build 251210 Rel.37179n ( qui fonctionne sans probème)
Version du firmware 1.3.3

If the camera is always offline in the Tapo app, please power it on, press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset, then reconfigure it and check if it works.
