Tapo C325wb wi-fi
I've just received and updated my tapo c325wb v2 to the latest firmware version 1.2.5.
My issue is that the Wi-Fi reception of the camera dropped from around -64RSSI to -81RSSI immediately after the update.
I've tried rebooting the camera multiple times but with no improvement.
Is there anything that can be done?
Anyone experiencing the same issue.

Hi,
For the reported phenomenon, you can try:
1. Reboot your router, then reboot the camera, and check if the camera receives a better Wi-Fi signal.
2. Remove the obstacles between the camera and the router if there are any.
3. Move the camera and router closer.

My issue is that nothing has changed in my setup. The drop in signal strength occured with the firmware update.

Hi,
Typically, upgrading the camera's firmware will not reduce its ability to receive Wi-Fi signals. It's recommended to try the tips in this post.
If the camera's Wi-Fi signal strength does not increase, please try to download the "Network Analyzer" app on your phone from Google Play or App Store, move the phone close to the camera, and then test the Wi-Fi signal strength from the router that the camera is connected to.

Being away since before te update there's nothing I can do.
It seems like it's sorted itself now, having a mesh system it might have chosen another AP even though I've rebooted the camera a few times.
Thank you
