Good morning! I bought tapo c560ws. But it will not return to its original position after detecting movements. And even if i set it to “never track”, the camera's view will not be on the same setting.
The latest firmware (1.1.8) includes enhancements for tracking accuracy and performance. Are you still experiencing this behavior after confirming the camera is running firmware 1.1.8?
By "original position", do you mean a custom Viewpoint that you saved in the Tapo app under the camera's Pan & Tilt menu?
