I recently bought a second hand Tapo C210 with HW version 2.2.

I am not hable to connect it to the Tapo App since the camera is blinking slowly in red color all the time with the two IR leds swithched on.

I have tried to press the reset button, to do a 5s reset and 10s reset. The camera does not anything and keeps on in the same state blinking slowly in red and with the two IR leds swiched on.

I also try to find the Tapo_Cam_XXXX SSID network but it is not detected. I also tried to manually connect to that specific SSID but it does not work.

Previous owner tells me he already disabled it from his account. 

What can i do? Is there any way to reflash it via SSD? There is no way i can connect to it.

I have anothe tapo cam C200 and two tapo P100 working flawlessly in my Tapo App and home network.
