Hi,
If your camera can't connect to your router's Wi-Fi, you can try pressing and holding the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it, then reconfigure it to connect to the router's Wi-Fi. Below are the setup instructions.

Note: before configuring your camera, you can use your phone to test if the router's Wi-Fi is working.
