I've been having the same issue with my C560WS as well. All was working well before the recent update then I've been having the same issue after the update. I've been emailing support about the issue and they're trying to pin it on a hardware issue which doesn't make sense since it only happened literally AFTER updating the camera. Did the update somehow break the hardware? I really doubt that. This is just some bug that they somehow can't fix yet.

They have contacted me and are currently investigating the problem. I think this is a bug with the firmware. The technical team contacted me just a few days ago, so I am waiting for a reply. I will keep people updated here on how the situation is developing.

Same issue with yours and they contacted me already. They blamed either the app having an issue or a hardware defect since they can't reproduce the issue on their end. They event sent me a trial app for debug purposes. Apparently, they stagger the firmware release region to region based on the posts here so us that got it early have to suffer the bugs. My camera was working just fine just before update, I was literally looking at the live view before updating it. It's only after the update that these issues started to happen and now I can't even connect it back to the h500 after changing the video recording location.

Also if you have another tapo camera model other than this, can you check if the alarm sound of your c560WS is sped up compared to other cameras? For some reason, also after this update, alarm sounds are sped up compared to my C530WS cameras.

  @mangaTom19  this means the issue is reproducible. Maybe they could roll back the firmware update to the previous one. In the end, I contacted TP-Link in my region, and they told me I could send the camera back to the reseller under warranty.  I'm having too many issues with Tapo models. I am thinking of changing to a different brand. I will wait until I get feedback from the technical support. At this moment, people should be aware that c560ws is not a stable one and causes problems.
