Where to send diagnostic logs
The cam is losing wifi when you access live view. It has an rssi of -43. Where do I send the diagnostic logs for analysis?

Hi,
Before you send the diagnostic logs, please provide the following information about the reported phenomenon.
1. When you access the camera's live view page, does the camera appear to be offline in the Tapo app, or is the camera online but fails to load the live view page?
2. If the camera is offline in the Tapo app, what's the LED status on it, such as solid red, flashing red, etc.? How do you restore the camera to an online state in the Tapo app, such as by rebooting it?
3. When you access the camera's live view page, is your phone connected to the same Wi-Fi router as the camera? What's the model number of your router?
4. What are the model number and OS version of your phone? What's your Tapo app version?
