Ai Filter too aggressive
I'm having an issue with my Tapo C410 camera, especially in the dark. It detects motion (I can see the infrared LEDs and the green light turning on), yet it hardly ever records. I have 'High Performance' mode enabled and the motion detection range set to the maximum. I've also noticed a very high number of recordings being filtered out by the AI. Is there a way to bypass the AI filter or 'train' it somehow?

Hi,
The camera being woken up but not recording, and the high "Filtered By AI" value, may be related to the camera's settings. For example, if an event occurs in the camera's view range, the camera may be woken up, but because the event is not within the detection area, the camera will not detect and record it.
For the reported phenomenon, please provide the following information for further analysis.
1. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Detection page, send us the screenshots of the detection, detection zones, wake-up sensitivity, and enabled detection types pages.
2. On the camera's Device Settings > Battery Status page, send us the screenshots of the whole page.
3. You can manually record motions in the camera's live view page that are usually not recorded by the camera. Then download it to your phone and send it to us.
You can upload the video and screenshots to your cloud server (such as Google Drive) or YouTube, generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
Best regards
