Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if the camera keeps going offline.
What if Tapo smart devices keep losing connection or going offline?
If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information.
1. What's the model number of your router? Please ensure your router is working properly at all times.
2. When the camera is working, please go to its Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value.
3. Please list the troubleshooting you did.
On the camera's Device Settings > Reboot Camera page, please enable the Auto Reboot option, set a Reboot Time, and then check if it helps.
Best Regards

Hi,
If the camera is working fine after enabling the Auto Reboot feature, please keep it enabled and enjoy your camera.
If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information.
1. What's the model number of your router? If you have not tried changing the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi channel and channel width on the router, please run a test. Then please turn off Advanced Wi-Fi settings on the router for a try, such as Smart Connect, Wi-Fi Optimizing, or Channel optimization.
2. If there is an SD card inserted into the camera, please remove it and check if this helps.
3. When did you purchase the camera, and when did the reported phenomenon start?
4. Please refer to the following instructions to collect the camera log for further analysis: How to get the log of Tapo Camera

Hi,
You can try the other steps in this post to see if they help, such as changing the router's Wi-Fi settings and removing the SD card.
If the same phenomenon persists, you can contact the local support team to check if the camera is under warranty.

Hi,
I'm unable to find the root cause of the issue from the logs. However, you may try changing the DNS server on your router (such as setting it to 8.8.8.8 or your router's internal IP), and check if it helps. Or you can try setting a static IP and DNS server on the Tapo C210 to see if that helps.
