Tapo C510W doesn't send notification for detection
Dear Support Team,
I am experiencing issues with my Tapo C510W cameras. Both cameras are connected to the internet and have motion detection and notifications enabled. However, they do not send any notifications, and no events are being recorded.
The cameras do detect movement when I view them live, but the motion events are not logged, and I do not receive any alerts. I have tried removing the cameras from the app and setting them up from scratch, but the problem persists.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue? Any guidance on troubleshooting or possible firmware updates would be greatly appreciated.
