You can refer to Scenario 3 in the following instructions to troubleshoot when you fail to configure the doorbell camera.
Fail to configure Tapo Camera
If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information.
1. Please ensure your router's 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is working and the Wi-Fi channel is within 1-11.
2. You can enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, press the reset button on the camera for 5 seconds to perform a factory reset, configure the camera with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check whether you can set up the camera successfully.
3. If the doorbell camera can't find your home Wi-Fi and the hotspot Wi-Fi, can it find other 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks around your home during configuration?
