Has someone had the same issue?
at first my Tapo C110 worked for me everywhere (any WiFi, mobile data). Now it only works if connected to my own WiFi network
and that is useless for a camera you want to see when out of home!!

If you can only control the camera locally, please refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
If the same phenomenon persists, please provide the following information.
1. What's the model number of your router? Do you have internet when connecting your phone to your router's 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network?
2. What's the LED status on the Tapo C110, such as solid red, flashing red, solid green, etc.?
3. Please list the troubleshooting you did.
