Notifications are not working
Line-crossing detection works, but it cannot send notifications. Other functions can send notifications normally. I noticed this issue started after the latest firmware update.

Hi,
For the reported phenomenon, please check if your camera settings are correct.
1. On the camera's Detection > Line-Crossing Detection > Schedule page, if you want the Line-Crossing Detection feature to work all day, please ensure the schedule is set to on all day.
2. If you can receive notifications when the camera detects motion, person, etc., but not when Line-Crossing Detection is trigged, it's suggested to go to the Tapo app > the camera's Device Settings > Notifications page, tap Activity Type, and ensure Line-Crossing Detection is selected.
3. Please go to the camera's Alarm page, enable the Detection Alarm feature, ensure Line-Crossing Detection is selected under Alarm Event Type, and check whether the camera alarms when a person or object crosses the set boundary.
Best Regards
