Tapo camera c246d online but cannot get camera view. Workimg ok for 12 days camera suddenly not able to get camera view. It is online. I Reset camera, rebooted, reset router and added again. Everything working except cameras?

Please refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if you can't view the camera's live feed in the Tapo app.
What should I do if I can't view the Tapo camera?
If the same phenomenon persists, please provide the following information for further analysis.
1. Please go to the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, check the camera's firmware and hardware version, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value.
2. What message can you see in the camera's Live View page if it fails to load?
3. Is the camera connected to a hub and stores videos on the hub, such as the Tapo H200?
