This is a great camera I have few of these using smart tracking.

However, I have part of the property where I need the bottom camera (PTZ) to remain in a fixed position with no tracking.

I can set a saved viewpoint and disable smart tracking to avoid this, however, after power loss the tracking camera always returns to its default view. I can resolve this by tapping the saved viewpoint, but this is a risk if not noticed.

How do you ensure that the tracking camera always returns to its set viewpoint after power loss, reboot or firmware update?

Hi,

Thank you for your detailed description.Under normal circumstances, even after a reboot, the camera should return to the last position set in the app.

We recommend trying the following first:
1. Please go to Camera Settings → Pan & Tilt → Pan & Tilt Calibration
2. After calibration, manually adjust the camera to the desired position in the app and observe whether the issue reoccurs

To further investigate this behavior, we will need to collect additional information, including videos showing the issue, a specialist will help to follow it up through email. Please check your inbox later to confirm.

Best Regards,
