Hello,

I have 5 Tapo Cameras C200 with the same hardware version. Three of the cameras received the new firmware 1.3.5, but no one of the others two has the possibility to update.

I have try to check for update manually and they are "saying" that they are up to date even if the current firmware is 1.3.4

How can I update the rest of the cameras?

Hi,
We are releasing the new firmware gradually for the Tapo devices, so you may see some Tapo C200 V3 have the latest firmware 1.3.5 and some do not.

In this case, please ensure the Tapo C200 is online, and when the new firmware is released to the camera, you can see it on the Tapo app.
